Why?
JUST SOME of the
reasons why it is essential for you to make
a Will.
1. You decide
to whom your assets should
be given.
2. If there
is no Will the law dictates
who gets what and that may well be entirely
contrary to what you would want.
3. Without
a Will there is no guarantee
that your wife, husband or partner will
get the home you were living in together.
4. Sometimes
the absence of a Will can
mean that all your money
will be taken by the state.
5.
In some cases a properly prepared
Will can reduce or even extinguish the
state's claim for inheritance tax.
6. Sometimes
on the death of a business
partner, the business may have to be
sold unless proper provision has been
made.
AND REMEMBER:
Don't try drawing up the Will yourself.
There are too many uncertainties if it
is not properly prepared and it will
be too late then for anyone to ask "What did
you mean by...........?"

Care SC021848 combines the Christian message with practical help for those in need at home and abroad, regardless of their political or religious beliefs or ethnic origins.
We have been working in India since 2004 supporting projects working with orphaned and abandoned children and those with special needs as well as providing essential aid in times of disasters.
The income from the 2010 campaign went towards the costs of providing a specialist disability centre in Kerala, India, for differently abled children. The centre opens summer 2011 and gives children the opportunity for learning tailored to their needs. Teacher training will also take place with some going to other parts of India to meet educational needs in communities with no specialist education. |
| EMMS
